Shipping times are from dispatch not time of order. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to complete. Pre made dread kits or falls will be shipped within 3 days.

Postage charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for late or lost packages.
Funky Rapunzels cannot accept returns as it is against health & safety to resell hair. Of course we want you to be happy with your order so please double check you are happy before you go ahead and place your order.
If you are unsure about colour choices we will happily send you a free colour swatch.
Payment Methods.
If you live within the UK payment can be made by cheque, postal order or PayPal. Human hair extension bookings require a £40 deposit to secure your appointment. Dread extension bookings require a £20 deposit to secure your appointment. Cheques will be accepted for deposits but will not be accepted on the day of install.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from total price on day of appointmant.

Each dread kit will include 50 double ended dreads or 90 single ended dreads, sectioning clips, a tail comb, elastics and full installation instructions with pictures. For custom orders please choose the length, style and colours that you require and complete this form. Upon reciept
of your order you will recieve email contact with your unique order number and expected date of delivery.
Funky Rapunzels are also able to offer a dread install service for £30. So even if you didnt buy your dreads from us we can still install them for you.
